The report implements the discussions on the theme "Convergence of profession-al, scientific and educational network communities and prerequisites for its im-plementation: a collaboration of intellectual processes and investigations of ad-vanced technology precursors". The target setting corresponds to an initiative fo-cused on a comprehensive discussion of issues of formation of digital socio-economic environments and assessment of the quality of processes on the basis of conceptual models of integration, collective expertise, and convergence of pro-fessional, scientific and educational network communities. In this regard, inter-disciplinary research and development in its fundamental basis are directly aimed at the implementation of effective management of the socio-economic environ-ment of professional, scientific and educational network communities in the tran-sition to digital, intelligent production technologies, new materials, by creating original tools for search, collection, storage and processing of pertinent infor-mation resources in modern conditions of rapid development of artificial neural network, cognitive and other bio-inspired technologies.
